The Lead Pastor provides Spirit-led, relational, visionary, and strategic leadership to The Life Centre (TLC).
Working in partnership with the Spiritual Leadership Team (SLT), the Lead Pastor will shepherd the
congregation, discern and communicate God’s vision for TLC, provide oversight to staff and lay-leader ministry
teams, with the goal of equipping the church body to live out Christ’s mission.

Crossroads is looking for a half-time Child and Family Pastor to manage our Kidzone ministry and also to connect with families in our community and let them know about our great church community. United Mennonite Church of Black Creek is looking for a candidate for a quarter-time position in their children’s ministry.
Coordinator of Family Ministries to minister to children and families in our congregation and community. Primary responsibilities would be leading active weekly program, Sunday School, and summer VBS.

MCBC: Richmond Peace Chinese Mennonite Church, Youth Pastor
We are searching for a full-time youth pastor to build our Youth Ministry by providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the growing set of pre-teen and teen youths within our congregation. Responsibilities include providing direction and vision for the ministry, developing and executing weekly youth programs, ongoing mentoring and visitations and occasional assistance with our children’s ministry. Qualified candidates must be a graduate with a degree from an evangelical seminary or equivalent.
Salary range is from $60,000 per annum and will be determined based level of experience and education.
