LEAD Conference 2025 ~ One New Humanity: Becoming the Church of All People

This year’s LEAD conference will explore what it looks like to work towards more fully embodying the identity of the church as the “one new humanity” (Eph. 2:15) created in the Messiah Jesus. Our tendency as human beings is to be in community with others just like us — to remain “monocultural.” The work of becoming "the church of all people" is, according to Fanosie Legesse, “dynamic, collaborative, and a journey of togetherness.”
Over the course of the day, participants will learn about the importance of and challenges involved in reflecting the oneness of the people of God in our church communities, why this work matters, and how to go about it, drawing on the theological, historical, contextual, and practical insights Fanosie Legesse brings from his years of experience as a teacher and pastor who specializes in intercultural mission.
Participants will gain valuable tools and resources both to deepen their understanding of these concepts and put them into practice in their own lives and the churches within which they serve.
Our keynote speaker, Fanosie Legesse, Intercultural Mission Minister for MCEC, will guide us through thought-provoking sessions.
Join us for a day of meaningful teaching, encouragement, and connection!
