MCBC Annual Meeting is on Saturday, February 24th

from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (with sign-in at 8:30 am) and includes lunch.

 

The theme for our Annual Meeting is Stuck Together: The Hope of Christian Witness in a Polarized World with a morning plenary session by J Nelson Kraybill.  

 

MCBC invites all church members in good standing to attend as delegates and adherents to attend as guests.  

For voting purposes each member church is entitled to one voting delegate for every 15 members or any fractional part
thereof. Congregations having less than 45 members shall be entitled to 3 voting delegates.
