About Wanda Froese:
Wanda Froese serves as the Director of Pax House, a student residence at Menno Hall near UBC and Regent College. She leads operations, student life, policy development, and long-range planning for this brand-new student community. Wanda brings extensive experience in organizational leadership, systems design, and program development, with a particular focus on helping small and mid-sized organizations build sustainable structures that support people and mission.
She is committed to creating accessible systems and developing future leaders through intentional planning and mentorship. Wanda also offers consulting services through her company, Simple Solutions, which provides practical, tailored support to non-profits and faith-based groups navigating governance, strategy, and operational challenges.

About Brad Heinrichs:
Brad is a long-time member of Langley Mennonite Fellowship and its current Chair. He’s an engineer who reconstructs traffic accidents for a living. He has more than once been given funny T-shirts on the theme of “I love spreadsheets”.
