This training is required to be completed by MCBC Credentialled Pastors and leaders on a 3-year renewal basis.
The basics of the course walks through the Ministerial Sexual Misconduct Policy & Procedure, as well as a broader scope of boundaries, abuse, grooming, power, and accountability.
